A single member of the human body does not grow in size
The human body shrinks with age, with the exception of two members who continue to grow. The only organ in the body that does not grow from birth to aging is the eye.
Some German scientists, through deep medical studies, have found that the human body shrinks with age, with the exception of two members who continue to grow despite the growth of the body, namely, the nose and ear.
The nose grows a few millimeters and the ear has a growth rate of up to one centimeter. The scientists explain why the growth of these two organs to their structure, the nose and ear consist of cells cartilage, cells grow with age, unlike the connective tissue, which slows with age.

The scientists said that continued growth of the nose and earlobes does not indicate any new function,. Unlike the chondrocyte part of the ear, which helps its growth to cope with the hearing problem in elderly people. The larger the chondral portion of the ear, the more the ear can pick up sound waves. This helps older people to hear better.
The only member of the body that does not grow from birth to aging is the eye. The diameter of the eyeball is 17 millimeters at birth and only 21 millimeters at puberty, which makes the eyes of children look bigger compared to their bodies.
